Diamondbacks manager Kirk Gibson said Saturday that Jason Kubel (quadriceps) will play minor league rehab games on Monday and Tuesday at Triple-A Reno. Which would put the outfielder in line to return on Wednesday, May 1 for the Snakes' series-finale with the Giants. Kubel has been on the disabled list since April 13 with a strained left quad. He homered and finished 3-for-4 Saturday in an extended spring training game.
