Jason Kubel (quad) went 3-for-4 with a home run Saturday in an extended spring training game. Kubel is hoping to return to the Diamondbacks' starting lineup on Monday -- the first day that he is eligible for activation. He has been on the 15-day disabled list since April 13 because of a strained left quad.
