Lind (finger) is not in the lineup for Monday's game against the Angels.
EDGE Analysis
Lind sprained his finger in Sunday's contest, and it seems like it's not back to full strength quite yet. Dae-Ho Lee will slot into the lineup at first base in his stead, and will likely do so in the coming days if Lind continues to rest.

Lind suffered a sprained finger in the first inning of Sunday's game and is day-to-day, 710 ESPN's Shannon Drayer reports.
EDGE Analysis
He went 1-for-1 with a walk and a run prior to exiting Sunday, getting replaced by Dae-Ho Lee at first base. Lee would be the likely starter at first base Monday in Anaheim if Lind needs another day to get right, but the Mariners would ideally prefer to deploy Lind in Monday's matchup against righty Ricky Nolasco.

Lind is not in the lineup for Thursday's series finale against the Rangers, Bob Dutton of the Tacoma News Tribune reports.
EDGE Analysis
With left-hander Derek Holland taking the ball for Texas, Lind will head to the bench for a day off. Dae-Ho Lee will take over at first base in his stead.

Lind went 2-for-3 with two homers, five RBI and a walk against the Rangers on Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
With his first long balls since Aug. 19, Lind joined the 20-homer club for the second straight year and the sixth time in his career. However, those homers have been the only positive in his batting line this season, as his stats have fallen across the board otherwise. His walk rate's less than half what it was last year, his strikeout rate is up, and he hasn't accumulated particularly fantasy-relevant RBI and run totals. Lind also remains stuck in a platoon with Dae-Ho Lee at first base, though he does get to DH sometimes.

Lind is out of the lineup Sunday against the Rangers.
EDGE Analysis
Lind worked his way back into the lineup Sunday, but prior to that, had sat for seven of the last eight games. It wasn't for performance reasons, as the Mariners were simply facing a lefty in each of those matchups. They'll draw a southpaw again Monday, so Lind will return to the bench in favor of Dae-Ho Lee.

Lind is back in the lineup at first base and batting sixth in the order Sunday against the Angels.
EDGE Analysis
The Mariners had an unusually fluky schedule that resulted in them facing left-handed starters in each of the last four games, so Lind had been confined to the bench for those contests. With right-hander Matt Shoemaker slated to take the hill Sunday for the Angels, Lind will take back first base from Dae-Ho Lee.

Lind is not in the lineup for Friday's game against the Angels.
EDGE Analysis
As is regularly the case with a left-hander on the mound, Lind will be held out Friday with the Angels starting southpaw Brett Oberholtzer. Dae-Ho Lee will get the nod at first base instead.

Lind is not in the lineup Tuesday versus Texas, Greg Johns of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Lind, who's hitting just .195/.214/.341 over the last 14 games, will have the night off. With Lind out, Dae-Ho Lee will head to first base and hit sixth Tuesday night against the Cole Hamels and the Rangers. Lind will likely return to the lineup for Wednesday's outing.

EDGE Analysis
Lind and the other non-essential Seattle lefties will get the day off Sunday against southpaw Carlos Rodon. In Lind's place, Dae-Ho Lee will get the call at first base.

Lind is out of the lineup for Friday's matchup with the Brewers.
EDGE Analysis
The Mariners are facing a southpaw, so it is unsurprising to see Lind out of the lineup. He will be replaced at first base by the recently called up Stefen Romero. Expect him to return to the lineup Saturday.
