Over the past few years, hundreds of thousands of people have used our live draft software to host their fantasy drafts in real-time. The number one complaint we saw was that the Java plugin made it a huge pain. Plus it didn't work on mobile and tablet devices.

That's about to end.

Today we're opening up our new live draft room for testing. It works on any device—no extra plugins, apps, or downloads required.

You can try it out right now, by playing in a mock draft: NFL, MLB, NBA, and NHL. To learn more about what's new (and what's coming soon), read on.

What's New

  • Compatible with any browser/device
  • Unlimited pause time—you can suspend a draft overnight and continue it the following day
  • Cleaner design/layout

What's Missing

While we're excited about this update, there are still some important features missing. But rest assured, they'll be added soon.

  • No player queue
  • No auction support

What's Coming Later

  • Fully automated drafts
  • Export results to a spreadsheet
  • Choose your draft position (slot) in a mock
  • ...And many more small enhancements

How You Can Help

Please try a mock draft from one of the links above and let us know what you think (or E-mail us directly at info@fleaflicker.com). Because this is an early release, you may even encounter some bugs. With your help, we'll have everything fixed in just a few days.

Thanks!

What you guys REALLY need to implement is a pre-draft feature for the long email draft (like on MFL).

Just an update: We implemented a player queue for PC devices that went live on Friday, August 29. The limitation is that it is not accessible using mobile and portrait tablet devices or smaller - the screen sizes are too small for now.

If you're interested in the functionality, you can read about it:

If you're not on the clock, you can double click on a player in the draft pool and they will enter your queue. You can also use the right arrow to move a player over to the queue. Up and down will place them in order and the opposite arrow will remove them. When you double click a player in the queue, you will be asked if you want to draft the player while on the clock.

You can select "Away" and the draft will select from your queue and limit your on-the-clock time to speed the draft up. Your queued up players will be chosen for you provided they are not drafted already and you are connected to the draft window (note this will not work if you're not in the draft window, so you can't set it to away and close the window out).

When you click away, your clock will be shortened if you're on the clock to around 7 seconds. If you want to come back on the clock, just deselect Away and you'll have the remaining time back.We hope you enjoy the feature.

It was an unexpected and great surprise to see this implemented in time for our draft on Monday night! I know these forums are mostly filled with complaints and flaming the Feaflicker staff so I wanted to give you guys a thumbs up on the good work you're doing.

Our draft went off without a hitch except for one manager whose draft window would hang on the first 'trying to connect' line (using both IE and Chrome on Windows 8), then when it did connect it froze three times during the draft where he had to get out and try to come back in (I had to make 2 picks for him during this time).

So, it's not completely bug free but I think it's better than the old Java window overall (although I didn't have problems with either).

Keep up the good work!

Worst decision to not add the queue before going live. Makes the draft a huge pain in the @$$! ;-)

Queue, queue, queue, queue.

We need a queue.

2 Drafts. 24 owners. 4 via mobile devices. We only had one person that couldn't get in the draft room and I think he was having an issue with his dads router. This is the first time in my 9 years of using FleaFlicker we haven't had people losing their connections in the middle of the draft or being unable to connect period.

I've been begging for a mobile option for years and it worked flawlessly. One owner was celebrating his wedding anniversary and drafting from his phone. (the wife wasn't real happy)

I know all you usually get are complaints but i just wanted to say... Kudos!!!

This is terrible, most of my league couldnt get into the draft room despite joining mock drafts earlier in the day yo check if everything was working, we all had to manuallly refresh every few seconds to see updated picks, certain players couldn't be selected to be drafted, and when most people gave up and let the draft auto pick for them, it didn't do it automatically but instead waited the entire time each and every pick before auto drafting. And I took the heat for all of this since I was the commish and choose your website to have our league in. Very disappointed in this experience.
