Cingrani (shoulder) is on track to be activated from the 10-day disabled list Saturday, Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register reports.
EDGE Analysis
Cingrani has been on the shelf for a week with left shoulder inflammation, but he's expecting to be activated when first eligible Saturday. The southpaw was able to complete a 40-pitch bullpen session with no issues Wednesday, and if his shoulder checks out OK in the coming days it sounds like he'll be available out of the big-league bullpen over the weekend. Cingrani, who owns a 5.79 ERA and 22:4 K:BB through 14 innings this season, should resume his role as the Dodgers' primary left-handed reliever once healthy.

Cingrani was placed on the 10-day disabled list Wednesday with left shoulder inflammation.
EDGE Analysis
It's unclear when Cingrani picked up the injury, but it's apparently bothersome enough to warrant a stay on the disabled list. He'll be eligible to return May 19, but it's not yet known if the southpaw will be ready to go by then. The 28-year-old owns a 5.79 ERA and 22:4 K:BB through 14 innings this season. Scott Alexander was recalled from the minors in a corresponding move and will serve as the team's primary left-handed reliever while Cingrani is sidelined.

Cingrani (arm) is available for Game 2 of Saturday's doubleheader against the Giants, Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register reports.
EDGE Analysis
Cingrani was unavailable for the first game of Saturday's twin bill because of a dead arm, but he played catch in between games and said he felt fine. He owns a 6.52 ERA and 17:1 K:BB through 9.2 innings of relief this season.

Cingrani was diagnosed with dead arm and will be re-evaluated Saturday, Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register reports.
EDGE Analysis
Something was definitely off with Cingrani on Friday after he experienced decreased velocity while surrendering four runs in a loss to the Giants. The rough outing ballooned the southpaw's ERA to 6.52 ERA, but he still owns an impressive 17.0 K/BB ratio over 9.2 innings. The severity of Cingrani's arm issues should become clearer following Saturday's evaluation.

Cingrani retired the lone batter he faced in Sunday's 2-1 win over the Giants, needing two pitches to induce a flyout from Joe Panik to end the eighth inning.
EDGE Analysis
The Dodgers clung to a 1-0 lead entering the eighth, but starter Clayton Kershaw was unable to maintain the advantage. After allowing back-to-back singles to lead off the inning, Kershaw was pulled in favor of reliever J.T. Chargois, who surrendered an RBI single and induced a double play before giving way to Cingrani. With the go-ahead run on third base, Cingrani was able to escape the inning unscathed, setting the stage for the Dodgers to recapture the lead in extras. Cingrani has now rattled off five scoreless appearances to begin the season and has yielded just one hit over 3.2 innings while working as a situational left-hander.

Cingrani (shoulder) is being slow-played by manager Dave Roberts this spring, J.P. Hoornstra of the Los Angeles Daily News reports.
EDGE Analysis
Roberts noted the southpaw is healthy after battling shoulder tightness earlier in camp, however, the skipper is choosing to delay Cingrani's Cactus League debut because, as a one-inning reliever, he doesn't need as much time to get up to speed as other pitchers. While he remains without a concrete return date, Roberts said he would get into a game sometime after Kenley Jansen's debut Friday, so it doesn't seem like he's far off. Cingrani is expected to open the season as one of the top lefty arms in the Dodgers' bullpen.

Cingrani threw a bullpen session Sunday after missing the past few days with a tight left shoulder, Ken Gurnick of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
This is the first word of Cingrani batting any sort of ailment, but apparently the lefty reliever had been shut down the past few days after recently accruing some tightness in his throwing shoulder. Gurnick reports that Cingrani looked strong in his bullpen work, so it sounds like he should be back in action sooner than later. He'll be one of the top lefty arms in the Dodgers' bullpen this season.

Cingrani agreed to a one-year, $2.3 million deal with the Dodgers on Friday, Robert Murray of FanRagSports.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
This is a slight bump from the $1.825 million he made in his first year of arbitration. The Dodgers unlocked something with Cingrani, as he logged a 2.79 ERA, 1.09 WHIP and 28 strikeouts in 19.1 innings after he was shipped to Los Angeles from Cincinnati last season. He should once again serve as one of the Dodgers' top setup men.

Cingrani struck out two batters over a scoreless inning for his ninth hold of the season in Saturday's 5-3 win over Colorado.
EDGE Analysis
Cingrani needed just seven pitches (all strikes) to retire the side in dominating fashion. The southpaw has produced a 0.90 ERA with 14 strikeouts through 12 September appearances, and he now owns a 2.79 ERA with five holds since joining the Dodgers on July 31. The 28-year-old will be under club control next season, and his strong showing in Los Angeles has likely secured him a spot in the bullpen.

Cingrani struck out two batters in a clean inning Thursday against the Diamondbacks.
EDGE Analysis
Cingrani has pitched well since joining the Dodgers, posting a 2.45 ERA with 10 strikeouts and three holds in eight appearances. It is certainly a small sample size, but it seems that pitching his home games in cavernous Dodger Stadium as opposed to the bandbox in Cincinnati has done wonders for the veteran southpaw.
