Holliday went 2-for-4 with a double and one RBI in Friday's win over the Orioles.
EDGE Analysis
Holliday drew the start at first base in this one, marking the fifth time he's gotten the starting nod there this year. The 37-year-old has been a nice addition to the middle of the Yankees lineup and has gotten off to a blazing start to June, hitting .345 with five extra-base hits and six RBI in eight contests.

Holliday went 1-for-4 with a solo homer Saturday against the Blue Jays.
EDGE Analysis
Holliday crushed his 12th bomb of the year off Jason Grilli to help the Yankees to a road win. He's been productive in the middle of the lineup, and despite a passable .272 batting average, he has an excellent .582 slugging percentage.

Holliday went 2-for-5 with two solo homers in Tuesday's 8-3 win over the Orioles.
EDGE Analysis
The blasts were his 10th and 11th of the year, putting Holliday well on track to top his pace of 20 home runs from last season. Hitting in the middle of a high scoring Yankee lineup, Holliday figures to get plenty of RBI opportunities and can provide pop for owners in need of power-hitting fantasy options.

Holliday went 1-for-3 with a two run homer Saturday against the Athletics.
EDGE Analysis
Holliday cranked out his ninth homer of the year to break a 1-1 tie, leading the Yankees to a home victory. Although the bomb was just his second extra-base hit over his last seven contests, he's still a strong fantasy option, as evidenced by his .269/.365/.503 slash line.

Holliday went 2-for-4 with a double and a two-run homer in Friday's loss to the Rays.
EDGE Analysis
Holliday blasted his eight bomb of the year in the eighth inning to tie the game at four apiece, though the Yankees would go on to lose the contest. The 37-year-old is still performing at a high level, as evidenced by his .273/.373/.521 slash line, and he'll be a great fantasy option hitting near the middle of the order in a strong Yankees lineup.

Holliday went 1-for-5 with his seventh home run of the season and three RBI.
EDGE Analysis
It was a bit of a mixed bag for Holliday, as he also struck out three times in the game but drove in five runs combined on the day in both portions of Sunday's doubleheader. The 37-year-old hasn't really lost a step in the power department and has actually raised his average up from .246 last season to .279 through a month and a half. As long as the home runs and RBI keep on coming, Holliday could be worth a look in leagues where he's still available.

Holliday went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and three runs scored in Monday's 10-4 win over Cincinnati.
EDGE Analysis
The long ball was Holliday's sixth of the season, and it upped his season slash line to a respectable .287/.400/.552 in 105 plate appearances. With the Yankees continuing to play in National League parks until this weekend, there's a good chance Holliday will find himself back on the bench in the coming days.

Holliday is out of Saturday's lineup against the Cubs.
EDGE Analysis
There has been talk that Holliday would see some work at first base this weekend at Wrigley Field, but he only saw a pinch-hit appearance Friday and will start the second game of the series on the bench. The Yankees' won't return to an American League ballpark until Thursday, so Holliday may only play sparingly over the next four games.

Holliday is expected to see work at first base during the Yankees' series against the Cubs at Wrigley Field, Erik Boland of Newsday reports.
EDGE Analysis
Manager Joe Girardi likely will find it difficult to keep Holliday out of the lineup. The vet may be used as a pinch hitter on his way to replacing Chris Carter at first base, and he likely will at least play part of the Saturday outing against left-hander Brett Anderson.

Holliday is not in the Yankees' lineup Friday against the Cubs, Bryan Hoch of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Yankees' trip to Wrigley Field forces them to play without the designated hitter. Holliday may as a result wind up as a weekend-long bench piece, though New York may stick him in the outfield against left-hander Brett Anderson on Saturday.
