Starting pitcher Mat Latos said he feels more comfortable throwing to Navarro (than fellow catcher Alex Avila), as the two have a relationship dating back to their days with the Reds, the Chicago Tribune reports.

Manager Robin Ventura has yet to make many delineations between his two catchers in terms of playing time, obliquely saying before the season that he would utilize match-ups and the hot-hand.
