Crisp is not in the lineup Wednesday against the Rangers.
EDGE Analysis
Despite reaching base three times in a 2-for-3 showing Monday, Crisp will head to the bench for the second day in a row. There's no indication of anything wrong physically, but the 36-year-old is struggling to the tune of a .167 average in June, so he'll make way once again to Billy Burns in center field.

Crisp is not in the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Rangers, Joe Stiglich of CSN California reports.
EDGE Analysis
Although Crisp singled twice in Monday's win, he's still just 6-for-36 so far in June (.167 average). He will sit in favor of Billy Burns in center field on Tuesday, but the good news for Crisp is that Burns has been even worse at the plate this month and throughout the season, so it's hard to imagine the team phasing Crisp out entirely just yet.

Crisp was 0-for-3 on Saturday against the Reds to drop his average down to .222.
EDGE Analysis
Crisp has been absolutely horrendous lately with only three hits in 28 June at-bats for a robust .107 average for the month. He has managed five homers on the season, but his .273 OBP is a terrible mark for a leadoff hitter. Crisp has contributed five swipes, but even those steals have come along with four caught stealings. The A's continue to bat Crisp in the leadoff spot on a nearly every day basis, but if the immense struggles continue, he could be dropped in the order or lose playing time if the A's can cobble together enough healthy outfielders without him.

Crisp (heel) is leading off and starting in left field Sunday against the Astros.
EDGE Analysis
Crisp had been bothered by heel soreness for the last couple of days and was held out of the lineup Saturday as a result, but he was still able to enter that contest as a pinch hitter. His presence in Sunday's starting nine suggests that his heel isn't causing too much issue for him, but the aging Crisp may nonetheless be subjected to a couple days off for maintenance later this week.

Crisp, who is out of the lineup Saturday, is dealing with heel soreness, Jane Lee of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Khris Davis will get the start in left Saturday with manager Bob Melvin opting to give the veteran Crisp some added rest to help his heel issue. Because Crisp is dealing with some soreness, the A's may not make him available off the bench Saturday in order to give him a full day of rest. If Crisp is unable to return to the lineup Sunday, Davis or Jake Smolinski will likely take over in left.

Crisp is out of the lineup for Saturday's game against the Astros.
EDGE Analysis
Crisp was replaced by Jake Smolinski in the fourth inning of Friday's game, but the A's have not said whether the move was related to injury. Regardless, Crisp is out of the lineup Saturday as Khris Davis is set to get the start out in left field against the Astros.

Crisp went 1-for-3 with a home run, a walk and a strikeout against the Twins on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
Crisp is not known for his power, but he has gone yard five times this season, so that has been a pleasant surprise so far. The 36-year-old outfielder has hit two homers with seven RBI over the past six games, and he's also hit safely in nine of the past 10 contests, so he's trending up. He's hit .272 in May after struggling to the tone of a .219 in April.

Crisp hit his fourth home run and knocked in three runs in a 2-for-5 game in Tuesday's loss to Seattle.
EDGE Analysis
Crisp used the home run to extend his hitting streak to eight games. He's showing solid power of late, as he has five doubles to go with the home run in the streak. However, he has just two multi-hit games in the streak and is hitting just .248/.305/.431 this season.

Crisp went 2-for-5 with a run scored and a stolen base in Monday's 5-0 win at Seattle.
EDGE Analysis
Crisp has already swiped five bags in 2016 after managing just two in 44 appearances last season, but the 36-year-old clearly doesn't possess the 30-plus steal speed he once had. Billy Burns is clearly the bigger threat on the base paths near the top of the Oakland lineup, although the switch-hitting Crisp is proving that he's not cooked yet with hits in seven straight.

Crisp went 3-for-5 with a double, a run scored and an RBI in Sunday's win over the Rays.
EDGE Analysis
He's been unable to build any momentum at the plate, recording three multi-hit games but also coming up hitless in three over eight May starts. Unless Crisp becomes a more reliable fantasy producer, he's a tough player to find a roster spot for in shallower formats.
