Miller is out of the lineup Tuesday against the Phillies, Levi Weaver of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Southpaw Ranger Suarez is pitching Tuesday for Philadelphia, so Miller will take a seat on the bench. Nick Solak will start in left field and bat seventh.

Miller isn't starting Saturday's game against Atlanta.
EDGE Analysis
Miller batted near the bottom of the order in the last three games and went 2-for-10 with two RBI and three strikeouts. He'll get a breather while Zach Reks starts in left field and bats seventh.

Miller started at third base, batted ninth, and went 1-for-4 with two RBI in Wednesday's 4-3 loss to the Astros.
EDGE Analysis
As usual, Miller was in the starting lineup against a right-hander, but he was dropped to last in the order after previous working from the leadoff spot. The demotion is not surprising given that Miller is just 5-for-35 over the last 13 games and is hitting .196 overall. Paradoxically, Miller has driven in 10 runs, second-most on the team behind Adolis Garcia's 11, though five of those RBI came within the first three games of the season.

Miller is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Astros.
EDGE Analysis
The lefty-hitting Miller will take a seat for the second day in a row while the Astros bring a southpaw (Framber Valdez) to the hill for the series opener. The righty-hitting Nick Solak will replace Miller in left field.

Miller is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Athletics.

The lefty-hitting Miller will head to the bench with a southpaw (Cole Irvin) on the bump for Oakland. The righty-hitting Nick Solak replaces him in left field, while Marcus Semien takes over leadoff duties in Miller's stead.

Miller went 1-for-4 with a stolen base and two RBI in Saturday's 2-0 win over Oakland.
EDGE Analysis
Miller delivered the game's only two runs in the eighth inning. One batter earlier, Athletics manager Mark Kotsay brought in right-handed reliever Domingo Acevdo, who had to pitch to Miller as part of a three-batter minimum. Otherwise, had a lefty hurler been on the mound, Rangers manager Chris Woodward would likely have pinch hit for Miller. He's scuffled since a hot start, going 4-for-25 over the previous nine games. When Miller starts, he gets maximum plate appearances as the leadoff hitter, but that may not continue considering his .256 on-base percentage and 5.4 BB%.

Miller isn't starting Thursday's game against the Mariners.
EDGE Analysis
Miller started in Wednesday's loss to the Mariners, but he'll get a breather with southpaw Marco Gonzales on the mound Thursday. Nick Solak will start in left field and bat fifth.

Miller started at third base and went 0-for-4 in Wednesday's 4-2 loss to the Mariners.
EDGE Analysis
Miller was back in the starting lineup after dealing with back tightness over the weekend. Per usual, he slotted in at leadoff with a right-hander on the mound, but he manned third base instead of left field. After homering twice in his first three games Miller is in a bit of a slump, going 2-for-14 in his past six contests.

Miller (back) entered Tuesday's game as a pinch hitter -- singling for Charlie Culberson in the seventh inning -- then remained in the game to play third base.
EDGE Analysis
Miller was shelved over the weekend, missing two games with tightness in his back, and was not in Tuesday's starting lineup against left-hander Robbie Ray. He normally sits against lefties, so it was unsurprising to see him open on the bench, but his appearance as a pinch hitter and a fielder in the game suggests good health. The Mariners are scheduled to throw right-hander Logan Gilbert on Wednesday, so expect Miller to return as the left fielder.
