Miller will be on the bench against lefty Rich Hill and the Red Sox on Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
Miller hasn't started against a single southpaw all season. That trend continues here with Charlie Culberson at third base and Nick Solak in left field.

Miller went 0-for-3 with a walk and a stolen base in Friday's 7-1 loss to the Red Sox.
EDGE Analysis
Miller swiped his fourth bag of the season, surpassing his total over 140 games with the Phillies in 2021. The 32-year-old's stolen double-digit bags just once during his career -- 13 for the Mariners in 2015 -- but he's part of a runnin' Rangers squad that is tied for third in MLB with 22 thefts.

Miller went 2-for-3 with a walk, a solo home run and a second run scored in Thursday's 3-1 win over the Royals.
EDGE Analysis
Miller's seventh-inning flyball down the right field line clanged off the foul pole 326 feet away and provided the game-winning run. It was his fifth homer of the season and second in as many nights. The utility player, who started at third base Thursday, has heated up over the past week, going 7-for-18 (.389) with three home runs and seven RBI. Miller is emerging from a 6-for-43 (.140) stretch when it looked like he might lose at-bats.

Miller went 1-for-2 with a solo home run in Wednesday's 8-2 loss to the Royals.
EDGE Analysis
As is custom, Miller did not start against a left-hander, Gabe Speier, but equally customary he entered as a pinch hitter when a righty entered the game. He pinch hit for Charlie Culberson and remained in the game at third base. Miller corner outfielder/infielder has hits in six of the last 10 games, going 7-for-27 with two home runs and eight RBI during that stretch as he fights out of a slump. While the 32-year-old's line of .217/.236/.406 is unappealing, his situational hitting is another story. He's 4-for-9 with two homers as a pinch hitter and is batting .471 with runners in scoring position, placing him second on the club with 16 RBI.

Miller isn't in the lineup Wednesday against the Royals.
EDGE Analysis
Miller went 2-for-3 with an RBI in Tuesday's series opener against Kansas City, and he'll get a day off Wednesday. Nick Solak will start in left field while Charlie Culberson enters the lineup at third base.

Miller started at third base and went 2-for-3 with an RBI in Tuesday's 6-4 win over Kansas City.
EDGE Analysis
Miller's fighting a slumping bat, but he continues to deliver with runners in scoring position (8-for-16, 13 RBI). A two-out RBI in the fourth inning knocked in Texas' fifth run and was the 15th RBI of the season for Miller despite his .209 average. He continues to sit against lefties and was pinch hit for by Charlie Culberson in the sixth inning against lefty reliever Amir Garrett.

Miller entered Monday's game as a pinch runner and stole a base in a 1-0 loss to the Yankees.
EDGE Analysis
Miller ran for Jonah Heim in the ninth inning and put himself in scoring position with his third steal of the season, but he was stranded there after Nick Solak flied out. Miller continues to hold the strong side of a platoon, starting in left field or at third base against right-handers, despite a paltry .553 OPS over 67 plate appearances. On a positive note, the 32-year-old is second on the team with 14 RBI, has three home runs and is batting .471 with runners in scoring position.

Miller is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Yankees.
EDGE Analysis
The Yankees are bringing southpaw Nestor Cortes to the hill for the series finale in New York, so the lefty-hitting Miller will check out of the lineup as a result. Platoon mate Nick Solak will replace Miller in left field for the second straight game.

Miller is out of the lineup for the second game of Sunday's doubleheader with the Yankees.
EDGE Analysis
With southpaw Jordan Montgomery on the hill for New York in the second game of twin bill, Miller will give way in left field to Nick Solak. Miller started at third base and led off in the Rangers' 2-1 loss in Game 1, going 0-for-4 with three strikeouts.

Miller started at third base and went 1-for-4 with a stolen base and two RBI in Wednesday's 2-1 extra-inning win over Philadelphia.
EDGE Analysis
Miller delivered a two-out, two-run single in the top of the 10th inning, giving Texas the runs it needed for a fourth straight win. He's been locked in an extended slump, which recently cost him at-bats in left field to Zach Reks, but the 32-year-old, multi-positional player got the start at third base in place of Andy Ibanez on Wednesday. While the game-winning knock was nice, it was just Miller's seventh base hit over his last 47 at-bats (.149).
