Hunter is not in the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Orioles, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports. Hunter has received semi-regular rest throughout the season, typically getting a day off every week or two. He had been off to a slow start in June until he homered during Monday's win over the Orioles.

Hunter is out of the lineup Wednesday against the Reds. Hunter went 3-for-5 with a home rune and two runs in Tuesday's contest, but will receive the day off for Wednesday's game against the Reds. As a veteran, it's not a huge surprise that he'll get the day game off following a night game. Eddie Rosario will start in right field, while Shane Robinson will enter the lineup in left.

Hunter went 3-for-5 with a home run and three runs scored Tuesday. The veteran outfielder has now homered four times in the last four games, bringing his season total up to 14. Although his batting average fell this month, Hunter is still hitting .272 to go with his 12 homers and 44 RBI.

Hunter went 3-for-4 Saturday with a double, three runs scored and two solo home runs. He now has 10 homers on the season, to go along with a .266/.325/.437 slash line, 36 runs scored and 41 RBI. Hunter isn't the hitter he once was, but he's still proving to be an asset in his return to Minnesota.

Hunter is out of the lineup Friday, the Star Tribune's LaVelle Neal reports. He was taking batting practice prior to Friday's game, so this is just a day off for the veteran outfielder. Eddie Rosario will play right field with Eduardo Escobar in left on Friday.

Hunter is back in the lineup after serving his two-game suspension over the weekend. The veteran dropped his appeal of the suspension and served the two-game ban Saturday and Sunday. He's back in the lineup Monday, manning right field and batting fifth against Cardinals' starter John Lackey.

Hunter dropped his appeal and will begin serving his two-game suspension Saturday, the Star Tribune's Phil Miller reports. The Twins game Saturday will see some rain, but assuming it gets played Hunter will miss the final two games this weekend. He will return for Monday's game in St. Louis and Eddie Rosario will man right field in the meantime.

Hunter has received a two-game suspension for his episode earlier in the week that led to an ejection, the Star Tribune's Phil Miller reports. He will appeal the suspension so he is still in the lineup Friday. That said, it seems unlikely that Hunter will win the appeal, so at some point in the next week or tow Hunter will likely be suspended for two games.

Hunter went 3-for-5 with a three-run homer and two runs scored Thursday against Boston. While Hunter hadn't posted a multi-hit game since May 20 against Pittsburgh, he'd collected exactly one hit in 10 of his 11 games in between. He may be approaching his 40th birthday, but Hunter hasn't missed a step this year, and his 35 RBI have him in the American League's top 10.

Hunter went 1-for-4 with an RBI double and a run scored in a 6-4 loss to the Blue Jays on Friday. Hunter's outstanding May continues, as he's put up a ridiculous line this month following a .205 April: .337/.396/.568 with six homers and 23 RBI in 24 games. He's approaching his 40th birthday, so there's no way Hunter can keep up this pace, but it looks like he's on track to deliver another quietly productive campaign, at least in terms of batting average, RBI and runs.
