He'll likely start the season in Triple-A and could make the majors thanks to standard bullpen volatility, but he's not touching real fantasy stats anytime soon.

You can't really blame for the Jays deciding to not sign a guy who hasn't registered a WHIP below 4 since 2012, so Belisario will move on and look for a spring training invite somewhere else.
