Feliz agreed Wednesday with the Phillies on a minor-league contract that includes an invitation to big-league spring training, Hector Gomez of Deportivo Z 101 reports.
EDGE Analysis
The 32-year-old right-hander has 107 career saves to his name, but he's been off the fantasy radar since 2017, his most recent season in the big leagues. Feliz remains unlikely to find fantasy relevance in 2021, but the Phillies were intrigued enough to bring him in for look this spring on the heels of his impressive showing in the Dominican Winter League. Over his 13 relief appearances with Aguilas Cibaenas, Feliz posted a 3.55 ERA, 1.11 WHIP, 19:6 K:BB and six saves over 12.2 innings.

Feliz is signing a minor-league deal with the Mariners.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran right-hander last pitched for Triple-A Reno in 2018 while with the Diamondbacks organization. Feliz's last major-league action came a season prior, when he generated a 5.48 ERA and 1.37 WHIP across 46 innings over 49 appearances with the Royals and Brewers. He'll likely be utilized as organizational depth at Triple-A Tacoma and will be called upon if injuries hit the Mariners bullpen.

The Diamondbacks reassigned Feliz to their minor-league camp Tuesday, David Adler of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
It was an easy decision for the Diamondbacks to cut Feliz with his fastball velocity sitting in the low-90s during spring training and the right-hander coming off an ugly outing Tuesday against the White Sox in which he surrendered five runs on five hits while failing to record an out. The 29-year-old will begin the season at Triple-A Reno if the Diamondbacks don't part ways with him.

Feliz (personal) made his first appearance of the spring Saturday, allowing a hit and striking out one in an inning of work.
EDGE Analysis
The reliever had been delayed from arriving at camp due to visa issues, but it seems all of that has been sorted out. Feliz finished the 2017 season with a 5.48 ERA in 46 frames, so he'll need to impress in Cactus League action if he wants a shot at the big-league roster.

Feliz has not arrived at spring training yet due to issues with his visa, Nick Piecoro of AzCentral.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
This typically doesn't pose much of a problem for players, but it will put him a bit behind the rest of the pitchers in camp. One he does return, Feliz will need to perform well in camp if he wants to crack the Opening Day roster given the 5.48 ERA he produced last season.

Feliz signed a minor-league contract with the Diamondbacks on Sunday, Chris Cotillo of SB Nation reports.
EDGE Analysis
Feliz struggled during the 2017 season. He split time with the Royals and Brewers, throwing for a lofty 5.48 ERA and 1.37 WHIP over 49 games (46 innings) between the two locations. He could appear in the majors for Arizona if the club needs help in the bullpen, but it's unlikely he'd see high-leverage situations.

Feliz (finger) was released by the Royals on Friday.
EDGE Analysis
The Royals cleared a roster spot for Sam Gaviglio, who they claimed off waivers from Seattle as a corresponding move. Feliz is still reportedly dealing with a finger injury, so he may have to wait until this upcoming offseason to catch on with another club.

Feliz was placed on the 10-day DL with ulnar nerve palsy.
EDGE Analysis
He is apparently feeling some numbness in his ring and little fingers, and it is unclear how much time he will end up missing. He gave up six earned runs over his last five innings, so perhaps the issue led to his recent poor performance. Eric Skoglund was recalled from Triple-A Omaha to take his place in the bullpen.

Feliz allowed three runs (two earned) on two hits and a walk while striking out two over an inning of work Tuesday against the Cardinals.
EDGE Analysis
Entering Tuesday's outing, Feliz had been quite strong donning a Royals uniform since coming over from Milwaukee on June 25. He owned a 2.65 ERA with 12 strikeouts through 17 innings. Unfortunately, the Cardinals ruined that by smacking Feliz with his worst outing since the trade, and bumping his ERA to 4.00 as a Royal. Overall, he's buried in a talented bullpen, so the veteran doesn't offer much fantasy value anyway.

Feliz (personal) was reinstated from the paternity list prior to Monday's game against the Tigers.
EDGE Analysis
Feliz was away from the Royals for the maximum three days while witnessing the birth of his third child. The Royals cleared a spot for Feliz in the bullpen by optioning Miguel Almonte to Triple-A Omaha. After a rough start to the season as the Brewers' closer that resulted in him losing his job before eventually being released, Feliz has enjoyed a nice renaissance with the Royals. He's tossed seven innings for the club, allowing two runs on five hits and two walks while striking out six batters.
