Jesse Sanchez of MLB.com was told by a source that a reunion between the Rangers and Michael Young can't be ruled out. The source conceded that it would have to be a perfect situation for both sides in order for there to be a match. Young, the Rangers' all-time leader in hits, batted .279/.335/.395 with eight homers and 46 RBI in 147 games this past season between the Phillies and Dodgers. He turned 37 years old in October.

The Dodgers have expressed interest in free agent infielder Michael Young, according to Dylan Hernandez of the LA Times. The Dodgers have Cuban import Alexander Guerrero and the inconsistent Dee Gordon penciled in as the starting middle infield, and the injury-prone Hanley Ramirez at third base, so a good utility player would be nice to have. Young's return would fit the bill. The 37-year-old hit .279/.335/.395 between the Phillies and Dodgers in 2013 while playing primarily third base.

Troy Renck of the Denver Post reports that the Rockies have expressed interest in free agent infielder Michael Young. The 37-year-old would be a bench player with the Rockies, but would provide valuable depth at three infield positions. Young has reportedly drawn interest from at least four teams this offseason.

ESPN's Buster Olney hears Michael Young is drawing interest from four different teams. Young's days of being a productive starter are probably over, but the 37-year-old can still be a useful bench player for someone. He hit .279/.335/.395 between the Phillies and Dodgers in 2013 while playing primarily at third base. The Orioles and Red Sox were said to be interested in the infielder earlier in the offseason, but it's unclear which four teams are currently in on Young.

Michael Young delivered a run-scoring double in the seventh inning on Sunday, providing the game's only offense in a 1-0 victory over the Padres. On an afternoon where Andrew Cashner looked untouchable, the veteran infielder lined an opposite-field double in the seventh inning that plated Adrian Gonzalez. With his 1-for-3 effort on Sunday, Young is now slashing .284/.339/.400 with eight homers and 46 RBI on the season.

Michael Young will see work at second base over the final week and a half of the regular season so the veteran infielder is prepared for an emergency situation in the playoffs. The 36-year-old has seen sparse playing time since joining the Dodgers in early September, but sounds like a lock to be included on the postseason roster. Young appeared in 16 games at second base for the Rangers in 2012.

Michael Young will join the Dodgers in Colorado on Monday. Young, who was acquired from the Phillies late on Saturday evening, will not be with the team for Sunday's game. The veteran infielder is expected to split his time between first base and third base for the Dodgers, providing valuable depth as they stride towards the postseason.

Dodgers manager Don Mattingly told reporters late Saturday that Michael Young will see playing time between third base and first base. Juan Uribe is going to remain the Dodgers' primary third baseman and Adrian Gonzalez is locked in as the starter at first base. Young, who was acquired on Saturday night from the Phillies in exchange for left-hander Rob Rasmussen, is going to provide corner infield depth. He takes a hit in fantasy value with the loss of everyday playing time.

Dodgers acquired 3B Michael Young from the Phillies, according to Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports. Young will likely get the bulk of the playing time at third base for the Dodgers down the stretch. He had to waive his no-trade clause to make the deal. The 36-year-old is hitting .276/.336/.395 this year.
