Uribe is out of the lineup Sunday against the Phillies, Kevin McAlpin of the Braves radio network reports. Uribe has made five straight starts at the hot corner, but will give way to Pedro Ciriaco for the Sunday afternoon contest. The move to Atlanta has treated the 36-year-old Uribe well so far, as he hit .305 in June and is currently riding a seven-game hit streak. Chalk up Sunday's absence as a regular maintenance day, as it clearly isn't performance related.

Uribe contributed all of the offense for the Braves, hitting a ninth-inning home run. Uribe now has two home runs in the last four days, bringing his total to five for the season. The third baseman has hit considerably better since coming to the Braves, and should continue to see consistent at bats in Atlanta moving forward.

Uribe is out of the lineup Sunday against the Pirates. Uribe will pick up a rest after starting the first two games of the series, going 3-for-7 with a solo home run. The 35-year-old Uribe lacks fantasy upside at this stage of his career due to his rather empty contributions in the counting stats categories, but his steady defense at third base should continue to afford him regular at-bats.

Uribe is out of the lineup again Thursday against the Nationals. Uribe's absence likely relates to his 0-for-13 stretch at the plate over the last five contests. The Braves will once again give the start at third base to Kelly Johnson on Thursday, and he'll bat sixth against the Nationals and starter Doug Fister.

Uribe is out of the lineup Wednesday against Washington. Uribe has started the last three games at third base, but he'll give way to Kelly Johnson on Wednesday. Johnson will bat sixth against Nats' starter Jordan Zimmerman.
