Uribe is out of the lineup Sunday against the Phillies, Paul Hoynes of the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
EDGE Analysis
The 36-year-old will get the afternoon off as Jose Ramirez fills his spot at third base while assuming the leadoff role. Uribe remains atop the depth chart at his position, but due to his age and declining effectiveness with the bat, he'll likely cede a couple starts a week to Ramirez.

Uribe is not in the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Twins.
EDGE Analysis
After hitting his first home run of the season Tuesday, Uribe will sit for Wednesday's game as Jose Ramirez earns the nod at third base. Uribe has picked up his play as of late, going 10-for-30 in his last nine games after starting the year 1-for-18.

Uribe mashed his first home run, a solo shot, in Tuesday's loss to Minnesota.
EDGE Analysis
Uribe still has just a .229/.309/.354 batting line even after the home run. However, he is recovering well from his brutal start, as he went 0-for-22 in his first six starts of the season. Since then, he is a respectable 10-for-30 (.333) with three doubles and a home run. That early slump will linger on his line for some time, but there's no reason Uribe can't match his .253/.320/.417 performance from last season going forward.

Gomes is not in the lineup for Thursday's game against the Mariners, according to MLB.com's Jordan Bastian.
EDGE Analysis
Uribe reached base 10 times over his last five games to raise his OPS from .189 to .598, but the veteran will get a day off with Thursday's game starting just after noon in the Eastern Time Zone. Jose Ramirez will man the hot corner Thursday in Uribe's place.

Uribe was 3-for-4 with a walk in Friday's 6-5 loss to the Mets.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran infielder broke out with his first multi-hit game of 2016. The performance also put an end to a five-game hitless streak for Uribe, whose average remains under the Mendoza line (.174) despite the three-hit effort. The 37-year-old remains atop the third base depth chart for the time being, with Jose Ramirez looming behind him.

Uribe is out of the lineup Thursday against the Rays.
EDGE Analysis
Uribe six straight games for Cleveland, but the veteran will take a seat Thursday in favor of Jose Ramirez at the hot corner. After going 0-for-2 in Wednesday night's contest, Uribe is now a dismal 1-for-19 with six strikeouts to start the season. It wouldn't be surprising to see the Braves get some of their younger players some playing time if this pattern continues, although it is early in the season.

Uribe is out of the lineup Sunday against the White Sox.
EDGE Analysis
It looks like the aging veteran is getting little more than a rest day for Sunday's matinee after starting at third base in the preceding six games. He'll be replaced at the position by utility man Jose Ramirez, who will slot in at eighth in the batting order.

Uribe (personal) rejoined the Indians on Saturday and is expected back in the lineup Monday, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
EDGE Analysis
Uribe's not been able to get many at-bats under his belt due to some visa issues and his late signing and may see a slight decrease in playing time to start the season as a result but should handle the bulk of the work at third base.

Uribe (personal) is expected to be back with the team Sunday, Jordan Bastian of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Uribe left the Indians last weekend to deal with a visa issue, but it's since been resolved and his availability for the regular season should not be in any jeopardy.

Uribe left the Indians on Saturday to resolve problems with his visa in the Dominican Republic, Paul Hoynes of Cleveland.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Assuming the visa problems are manageable and indeed only take a few days to fix, this shouldn't be a concern for his production. The veteran has played in 15 MLB seasons and remains the clear starting third baseman in Cleveland.
