He will likely see playing time at first base, corner outfield and designated hitter for the Yankees this season, though he doesn't have a starting spot locked up like he did with the Marlins last season.

Jones launched a solo home run Saturday's in a loss to the Phillies. It was Jones' only hit of the day and Miami's only run of the day as their bats were largely neutralized by Kyle Kendrick and the Phillies' bullpen. He's now up to 15 home runs on the year, but Jones has struggled since the All-Star break, batting just .218/.286/.381 in 44 second-half games.

Expect Jeff Baker and Justin Bour to continue to work in at-bats at first base down the stretch.
