Jennings agreed to a minor league contract with the Reds on Thursday, Jon Heyman of FanRag Sports reports.
EDGE Analysis
Jennings' 2016 season was one filled with injuries, and culminated in him being released by the Rays. At the time of his release, he'd played in 65 games and owned a subpar .200/.281/.350 line. Getting on base has never been his forte, but at his best Jennings showed the ability to skillfully steal bases and occasionally stretch a single into a double. However, injuries have gotten the best of him and he's played in a combined 93 games over the last two seasons, so prospective owners may want to look elsewhere for outfield depth.

Jennings (knee) was released by the Rays on Tuesday, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Jennings was not claimed off waivers after being designated for assignment, and he is now a free agent who is free to sign with any team. It's not clear how healthy his knee is given that he was on the Rays' disabled list prior to his release, but he figures to garner some interest from other teams.

Jennings (knee) will be released by the Rays on Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
Jennings is currently on the DL with a knee injury, but he didn't see consistent time on the field when healthy. After playing in 65 games, Jennings failed to impress and hit a bleak .200/.281/.350. If a team opts to sign Jennings, it's likely that he'll simply provide additional outfield depth, whether it be at the Triple-A level or with a big club.

Jennings was placed on the disabled list with a left knee contusion, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Jennings returned to action earlier in the week after recovering from a hamstring injury, but it appears he is now dealing with a new issue. He will be eligible to return to action August 18, but it remains to be seen how long he will be sidelined with his latest setback.

The Rays placed Jennings on the 15-day disabled list Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
The reason for Jennings' placement on the disabled list was not provided, but he has not played since Tuesday and missed all of July with a hamstring injury, so it seems likely that was the cause. Mikie Mahtook was activated from the disabled list and will replace Jennings on the roster.

Jennings is in the lineup for Monday's contest against the Royals, Roger Mooney of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
This will be the first game that Jennings has started since going down with a hamstring injury on June 30. Jennings went 4-for-15 at the plate while on his rehab assignment at High-A Charlotte.

Jennings (hamstring) will be activated ahead of Monday's game, Bill Chastain of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
The 29-year-old will finally return after missing the entire month of July with a hamstring injury. Jennings slashed .267/.313/.533 with one home run and two RBI in four rehab starts in the last week but has struggled greatly in the big leagues this season, hitting just .202 through 63 games for the Rays.

Jennings (hamstring) is ready to come off the disabled list, but may not be activated until after the trade deadline, Roger Mooney of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Rays are still not done making moves before the August 1 trade deadline, so they'll likely wait to activate Jennings and use up that 25-man roster spot until after they know where they stand. Jennings played all nine innings and homered in a rehab game Saturday at High-a Charlotte, so he looks as ready as he could be to return from the hamstring injury that has had him sidelined since June 30.

Jennings (hamstring) went 2-for-5 with a two-run homer and stolen base for High-A Charlotte on Saturday against Brevard County.
EDGE Analysis
It was a favorable outcome for the rehabbing outfielder on multiple fronts, starting with the fact that it marked the third consecutive night he was able to take the field without setbacks. Jennings also tested out his hamstring with favorable results on his stolen base and went deep for the first time in four games for the Stone Crabs as well. With Jennings having played all nine innings without any issues Saturday, a return to the big league club may very well come in the early part of the week.

Jennings (hamstring), who was scratched from Wednesday's game due to a stiff neck, has gone 1-for-6 with a walk and a run for High-A Charlotte over two subsequent contests.
EDGE Analysis
The rehabbing outfielder has hit just .200 overall in the three games he's participated in with the Stone Crabs. However, he's suffered no reported setbacks with his hamstring, and his return to the big league club could therefore be imminent, especially with Oswaldo Arcia's (elbow) placement on the DL on Friday.
