Cliff Lee had a nice rebound start Monday, holding the Giants to two runs over eight innings in a 6-2 victory. Lee gave up just five hits, didn't walk anyone and recorded six strikeouts. The left-hander overmatched everyone in the Giants' lineup other than Hunter Pence, who went 3-for-3 with a double and a homer. After three straight sub-par outings, it's a nice step in the right direction for Lee. He'll bring a 3.26 ERA and 1.07 WHIP into Arizona this weekend.

Cliff Lee didn't have his best stuff against his former team Wednesday, allowing five runs -- four earned -- on nine hits and two walks in a loss to the Indians. The Indians didn't have very many hard-hit balls against the left-hander, but they managed to find holes and Lee is now winless in his last four starts. Still, he'll take a tidy 3.46 ERA and 1.15 WHIP into next week's start against the Giants.

Cliff Lee was good early but struggled late Thursday, giving up three runs on 10 hits and a walk over seven innings in a loss to the Pirates. Lee was able to dodge a few bullets in the first five innings, but things got hairy in the sixth and seventh, when he gave up five hits, a walk and all three of his runs. After a great first three starts, the lefty hasn't been extra sharp the last two times out. He'll bring a 3.03 ERA and 1.04 WHIP into Cleveland next week.

Cliff Lee surrendered five earned runs over five innings Saturday as the Phillies lost to the Cardinals. Lee looked a little off all night and even walked three batters in the same inning at one point -- a rarity for the steady left-hander. He wound up with five strikeouts but allowed seven hits, including a solo home run to Carlos Beltran. Lee will carry a 2-1 record, 2.83 ERA and 0.91 WHIP into his next outing against the Pirates.

Cliff Lee came within one out of a complete game Tuesday, holding the Mets to three runs -- two earned -- on eight hits and no walks in the 8-3 victory. Lee struck out six on the night. He gave up a two-out single to Justin Turner in the ninth, and Phillies manager Charlie Manuel decided to give him the hook. Lee had thrown 107 pitches, but it was a pretty stress-free outing for the veteran southpaw. He'll bring a 1.08 ERA into Cincinnati next week.

Cliff Lee pitched two-hit ball for eight innings and combined with Jonathan Papelbon on a shutout of the Braves on Thursday. And we were all worried Lee would go winless into July for the second year in a row. Lee completely shut down an Atlanta offense that combined for 16 runs in the first two games of the series. The only hits off him were singles from Justin Upton and Dan Uggla, and he ended up striking out eight and walking none.

Cliff Lee cruised through his final outing of the Grapefruit League season on Friday, surrendering just one hit over four scoreless frames against the Blue Jays. Lee punched out five in the game without walking a batter. Notoriously known for his poor spring training performances, the 34-year-old left-hander looks focused and ready to go for the start of the regular season. His elite command and high-strikeout potential make Lee an extremely attractive option as an ace in fantasy drafts.

Cliff Lee gave up six runs -- four earned -- in 5 1/3 innings Sunday against the Red Sox. The Red Sox knocked Lee around pretty good early, but he got better as the outing went on and he ended up striking out seven batters. There's not much reason for concern over the fact that he's given up 16 runs -- 11 earned -- in 16 2/3 innings this spring.

Cliff Lee threw six scoreless innings, allowing only four hits, Monday afternoon in a Triple-A game. Lee struck out nine and issued no walks. He is expected to jump back to the Grapefruit League for his next outing. The lefty should be a top fantasy starter again in 2013.

Cliff Lee was knocked around for five runs -- two earned on six hits and two walks over just 2 2/3 innings versus the Yankees Wednesday. Another ugly showing from Lee, who now sports a 5.56 ERA and 1.68 WHIP over his first four Grapefruit League starts. It's not a concern, though, as the veteran left-hander often struggles in spring training before kicking it into gear once the lights come on.
