Zach Clark has signed with the Camden Riversharks for the independent Atlantic League. Clark, 30, was given his release by the Orioles earlier this week. He'll attempt to pitch his way into an opportunity with another MLB team.

Orioles released RHP Zach Clark. Clark, 30, made it up for one appearance with the Orioles last season but struggled at multiple stops in the minors this year, putting up a 7.84 ERA while walking 75 over 111 1/3 innings. The knuckleballer will attempt to catch on elsewhere.

Orioles re-signed RHP Zack Clark to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training. Clark posted a rough 7.84 ERA and 1.88 WHIP in 111 1/3 innings last season in the Orioles' minor league system. The right-hander will turn 31 years old this July. He's trying to develop a knuckleball and Phil Niekro will work with him on that this spring in camp.

Orioles recalled RHP Zach Clark from Triple-A Norfolk. No word yet on the corresponding roster move. Clark, 29, owns a 3.71 ERA over parts of nine seasons in the minors and will serve as bullpen depth for Baltimore.
