According to Bob Nightengale of USA Today, the Reds are telling teams Ryan Ludwick is available. Ludwick may be an option for teams that miss out on a more impactful bat like Marlon Byrd. The 36-year-old Ludwick is hitting .261/.326/.394 with six home runs this season, and he has a $9 million mutual option with a $4.5 million buyout for 2015.
