Philadelphia Phillies reliever Pat Neshek (hamstring) has been placed on the 10-day injured list with a left hamstring strain. Neshek had just returned from a three-week layoff due to a shoulder injury and pitched just two-thirds of an inning before being removed from Wednesday's game.
