Sandoval went 3-for-4 with a two-run home run and double in Friday's 5-3 win over the Brewers.
EDGE Analysis
Sandoval's blast came in the fourth inning, putting the Giants ahead 2-1 at the time. The veteran infielder is hitting .289/.324/.593 over 135 at-bats with nine homers and 25 RBI in 62 games this season.

Sandoval started at first base and went 1-for-2 with a walk, an RBI and a run scored in Tuesday's 6-5 win over San Diego.
EDGE Analysis
Sandoval got into the lineup for a second consecutive game with Brandon Belt dealing with a stiff neck. It doesn't sound like the latter's injury is of a serious nature, but it wouldn't be surprising to see Belt held out Wednesday with an upcoming off day Thursday. Sandoval has been effective when called upon this season, slashing .277/.314/.562 with eight long balls over 140 plate appearances.

Sandoval batted third and went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Thursday's 7-3 loss to the Mets.
EDGE Analysis
Sandoval got the nod at the hot corner in place of Evan Longoria (rest), delivering his eighth homer of the season in the process. The 32-year-old has found his way into the starting nine for six consecutive contests, but a big chunk of that playing time came as a designated hitter on the road against Baltimore. Sandoval may end up getting an extra start or two per week compared to most bench bats, but it would take an injury to one of the team's corner infielders to open up useful playing time for his healthy .286/.317/.571 slash line.

Sandoval went 0-for-4 with an RBI in Sunday's 8-1 win over the Orioles.
EDGE Analysis
Sandoval served as the team's designated hitter for its three-game set in Baltimore, going 2-for-12 with a double and an RBI over the series. The Giants resume National League play against the Mets on Tuesday, which should revert the Panda to a bench role. Manager Bruce Bochy had been finding creative ways to get Sandoval's bat in the lineup prior to this past series, so it wouldn't be surprising to see his playing time bump up to two or three starts per week moving forward.

Sandoval started his second consecutive game -- this time at first base -- and went 0-for-3 in Thursday's 3-1 win over Miami.
EDGE Analysis
Sandoval spelled Evan Longoria at the hot corner Wednesday, but he remained in the lineup Thursday with Brandon Belt sliding over to left field. Steven Duggar's shoulder injury opens up an outfield slot for Belt, and the first baseman could see more starts there if the Giants continue to swing and miss on left-field options from the minors (current starting left fielder Mike Yastrzemski has gone 3-for-15 since his callup). Sandoval has been one of the club's best offensive threats this season (.288/.321/.596 with six homers), so it's not surprising to see manager Bruce Bochy attempt to find creative ways to get his bat in the lineup more often.

Sandoval cranked a solo home run -- his seventh of the season -- in Sunday's 3-2 victory over the Diamondbacks.
EDGE Analysis
Sandoval remained on the bench for the second consecutive day since Evan Longoria's (illness) return, and he has homered off the bench in each contest. The Panda owns a career-best 1.001 OPS through 86 plate appearances, but he is currently blocked at both first and third base by Brandon Belt and Evan Longoria, respectively. Barring an injury (or a unique defensive configuration), Sandoval will be limited to just a start or two per week, dampening his 2019 power outburst for those in shallower formats.

Sandoval is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Diamondbacks, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
EDGE Analysis
Sandoval will be limited to a bench role for the second straight day, even though he came up big Saturday with a pinch-hit solo home run. Despite seeing somewhat inconsistent action this season, Sandoval has quietly been one of the most productive hitters in a weak Giants offense, posting a .952 OPS over 82 plate appearances. Unfortunately for Sandoval, he won't have a clear path to steady playing time while top corner infielders Brandon Belt and Evan Longoria are both healthy.

Sandoval hit a solo home run in his only at-bat in Saturday's 8-5 win over the Diamondbacks.
EDGE Analysis
Sandoval made the most of his chance when he came to the plate for pitcher Sam Dyson, launching the solo shot to right field. Sandoval has three homers in his last five games, going 7-for15 with six RBI and four runs scored in that span.

Sandoval went 1-for-3 with two walks and a two-run home run in Tuesday's 7-3 loss to the Blue Jays.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran switch hitter has now gone yard in back-to-back games. Sandoval is slashing a surprising .284/.303/.608 through 37 games with five homers and 13 RBI, but Tuesday's free passes were his first of the year in 76 plate appearances. Barring a couple of injuries that would push him into a full-time role, his fantasy value will remain restricted to deeper formats.

Sandoval went 3-for-4 with a two-run home run and two runs scored Sunday against Cincinnati.
EDGE Analysis
Sandoval evened the score in the first inning with a two-run homer to left field, his fourth of the campaign. It's worth mentioning that the 32-year-old has yet to draw a walk this season, and his OBP has suffered as a result. He's slashing .282/.282/.577 through 36 games.
