Arcia went 1-for-2 with a two-run homer and two walks in Friday's 10-4 loss to the White Sox.
EDGE Analysis
The 24-year-old outfielder went deep for the first time since April 25 versus the Indians, and hit safely for the fifth time in six games. Arcia has gotten the month off to an excellent start, slashing .500/.615/.800 over 10 at-bats, with two multi-hit outings, a homer, four RBI, two runs scored and three walks. Equally important has been his improved plate discipline, as he's only whiffed twice after seven consecutive multi-strikeout games to close out April.

Arcia is out of the lineup Saturday, Mike Berardino of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.
EDGE Analysis
He has been in the lineup in each of the last four games, but his batting average has dipped from .257 to .234 while striking out 10 times in 16 at-bats over that stretch. Danny Santana will start in center field while Eddie Rosario moves over to left field Saturday.

Arcia hit a walk-off solo home run, his third, to win Monday's game against Cleveland.
EDGE Analysis
Arcia has made the most of his call-up to Minnesota, as three of his nine hits have been home runs to fuel a .257/.333/.514 batting line. With the Twins struggling mightily to find offense, Arcia and his power are going to be very tough to keep out of the lineup.

Arcia hit a two-run homer and struck out three times in four at-bats Wednesday against the Brewers.
EDGE Analysis
He's been in the midst of an offensive renaissance recently, racking up eight hits (including two homers) in the last five games, but Arcia's also remained quite prone to striking out -- he's whiffed eight times in that span. There's some promise here that's worth looking into for deep-league owners, but those in shallower formats will want to take more of a wait-and-see approach.

Arcia went 3-for-5 with an RBI in Sunday's win over the Angels.
EDGE Analysis
The 24-year-old collected two hits, including his first homer of the season, on Saturday, and he followed the big game up with another multi-hit performance. Arcia has played sparingly to start the season, but he could be in line for some additional starts if the club elects to shift Miguel Sano from the outfield to third base in the absence of Trevor Plouffe (ribs).

Arcia was 2-for-4 with a solo homer and two RBI in Saturday's 6-4 victory over the Angels.
EDGE Analysis
The Venezuelan-born outfielder launched his first gopher ball of the season in the eighth off reliever Joe Smith, before teammate Byun Ho Park blasted a 462-foot shot a batter later. The pair of hits represented Arcia's first on the season, as he'd come into Saturday's game 0-for-8 on the new season. The 24-year-old outfielder can play both left and right field, but figures to only see occasional playing time this season behind Eddie Rosario and Miguel Sano at those respective positions.

Arcia will make his season debut Saturday against the Royals. He's batting fifth in the order as the Twins' right fielder.
EDGE Analysis
The Twins have been mixing Miguel Sano and Danny Santana in right field to start the season, but manager Paul Molitor is shuffling his defense and batting order Saturday. Arcia, a left-handed bat, will be one of several southpaws in the lineup against Kansas City right-hander Ian Kennedy. Arcia slashed .257/.429/.779 with two home runs in 35 at-bats against righties in 2015.

Arcia is almost certain to make the 25-man roster as a reserve outfielder with Darin Mastroianni and Carlos Quentin sent to the minors, along with the earlier release of Ryan Sweeney, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
EDGE Analysis
Arcia is hitting .216 (8-for-37) with two home runs this spring. Arcia is out of minor league options, so the Twins decided to keep him on the roster given his power hitting upside. Acia began last season as Minnesota's starting left fielder, but struggled early and was sent to the minors, hitting .199 with a .629 OPS in Triple-A. Still, he's just 24 years old and possesses outstanding power (14 home runs last year despite his struggles).

Arcia went 2-for-4 with two home runs in Thursday's spring training win over Miami. He raised his spring batting average to .222 (8-for-36).
EDGE Analysis
Arcia entered spring training as the leading candidate for a reserve outfielder role, but had struggled at the plate before Thursday. Arcia is out of minor league options, which may force the Twins to keep him on the 25-man roster regardless of how he plays this spring. A strong final week of spring training could win him a bench job. If not, the Twins may keep one of three veteran outfielders (Darin Mastroianni, Carlos Quentin or Ryan Sweeney).

Arcia went 0-for-4 in Monday's spring training loss to Pittsburgh. He's hitting just .179 (5-for-28) this spring.
EDGE Analysis
Arcia entered spring training as the leading candidate for a final reserve outfielder role but hasn't been playing as well as three veterans in the mix (Darin Mastroianni, Carlos Quentin and Ryan Sweeney). It's uncertain which outfielder the Twins will keep on their bench. Arcia is out of minor league options, however, which may have the Twins keep him on the 25-man roster regardless of how he plays this spring.
