Moore earned a save after he tossed a scoreless ninth inning, allowing one walk while striking out a batter in Wednesday's 4-2 win over the Yankees.
EDGE Analysis
Tasked with protecting a 4-2 lead in the top of the ninth, Moore worked around a one-out walk and pitched a scoreless frame, notching a save. The save was his sixth of the year and second in as many days. Moore will finish the 2022 campaign with a 1.95 ERA and 1.18 WHIP while striking out 83 batters over 74 innings in 63 appearances with the Rangers.

Moore struck out two in a perfect ninth inning to record his fourth save of the season in the second game of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Yankees.
EDGE Analysis
Jose Leclerc hasn't pitched since Sept. 29, but he remained in the bullpen while Moore got the call to secure a split of the twin bill for the Rangers. The veteran lefty has been outstanding in a relief role this year, and since the beginning of September he's posted a 2.08 ERA, 1.08 WHIP and 16:5 K:BB through 13 innings. Moore is also a free agent in the offseason, and the 33-year-old could land a big contract to fill a high-leverage role for another team given his 2022 numbers.

Moore struck out one in a perfect inning with one strikeout to pick up the save Monday against the Twins.
EDGE Analysis
The Rangers turned to the southpaw Monday for the save, his third of the season. Moore has excelled in his first season as a full-time reliever as he owns a 2.05 ERA which would be the best mark of his career and first time under 4.00 since 2014. Despite earning the save Monday (which was his first since July 28), the veteran appears to be in a closer-by-committee situation, as the Rangers have 10 relievers with at least one save this season.

The Rangers reinstated Moore (personal) from the bereavement list Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
After a three-day stint on the paternity list, Moore was moved to the bereavement list Wednesday so he could spend an extra day with his wife and newborn child. Now ready to rejoin the Rangers for Thursday's series finale, Moore should settle back into a late-inning role in the bullpen.

The Rangers transferred Moore (personal) from the paternity list to the bereavement list Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
According to Levi Weaver of The Athletic, Moore's newborn child is fine; the veteran southpaw asked to spend more than the maximum three days away from the team, and the Rangers were able to facilitate his request by moving him to a different inactive list. Players can spend a maximum of seven days on the bereavement list, so Moore should be expected to rejoin the Rangers by the middle of next week, if not sooner.

Moore was placed on the paternity list Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Moore recorded a hold with a scoreless frame Saturday and will now step away from the team for a few days to be with his family. Yerry Rodriguez was promoted from Triple-A Round Rock to fill out the Rangers' bullpen.

Moore allowed a hit in a scoreless inning to earn the save in Thursday's 2-0 win over the Angels.
EDGE Analysis
Brett Martin had pitched three of the last four days and was presumably unavailable for Thursday's save chance. Moore gave up a one-out single to Luis Rengifo but didn't give up anything else to secure his second save of the season. Through 12 innings this month, Moore has allowed four runs (one earned), nine hits, four walks and a hit-by-pitch while striking out 11. He's maintained a 1.70 ERA, 1.20 WHIP and 52:24 K:BB through 47.2 innings while adding four holds and a 4-2 record. Given his solid pitching this year, the veteran southpaw could be traded prior to Tuesday's deadline, though his multi-inning capability makes it a bit less likely that he'll see significant high-leverage chances.

Moore allowed one hit and struck out one over two scoreless innings in Wednesday's 2-1 loss to Kansas City.
EDGE Analysis
Moore remains unblemished for the month of June with four hits and four walks allowed while striking out 15 over 13.1 scoreless innings. The 33-year-old lefty, who sports a 182 ERA+ for the season, is part of a Texas bullpen that's ranked ninth during the month of June with a 3.40 ERA.

Moore threw a perfect inning and earned a save over Houston on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
Moore needed just six pitches to quickly retire the Astros in order and finish off the 5-3 win. He's riding a six-inning scoreless streak since coughing up three runs against the Rays on May 30. The veteran southpaw is sporting a 2.54 ERA with a 35:16 K:BB through 28.1 innings.

Moore (3-0) picked up the win Saturday against the White Sox, striking out five batters across a pair of scoreless innings without allowing a baserunner.
EDGE Analysis
Moore entered a tied game in the bottom of the eighth and did his job expertly across the next two frames, striking out five batters while getting the sixth to pop out. That left him as the pitcher of record when the Rangers scored four runs in the top of the 10th. Moore has been surprisingly effect in a relief role this season, cruising to a 2.63 ERA and 29.7 percent strikeout rate in 27.1 innings of work.
