Mariano Rivera will not be available on Monday. Rivera picked up his 23rd save Sunday and has pitched on back-to-back days, so the Yankees will look to get him some rest. David Robertson is also not expected to be available.

Mariano Rivera earned his 22nd save of the season Saturday in the Yankees' defeat of the Mariners. Rivera has converted four straight save opportunities since blowing his first save of the season on May 28 against the crosstown Mets. He's now 22-for-23 overall in save chances with a 1.54 ERA and 1.03 WHIP. The 43-year-old right-hander should be an elite fantasy option throughout his farewell major league campaign.

Mariano Rivera blew his first save of the season Tuesday, giving up two runs in a loss to the Mets. Rivera threw out the first pitch before the game, but it was his last that ended it in ugly fashion for the visitors. Rivera didn't get a single out in the loss, as he gave up a leadoff double to Daniel Murphy before consecutive singles by David Wright and Lucas Duda ended his evening. The blown save was aided by a Brett Gardner fielding error, but the 43-year-old was just off his game this night. The Yankees aren't too concerned with the outing, and we're not, either.

Mariano Rivera worked a scoreless ninth inning Saturday against the Royals, preserving a one-run lead and notching his 14th save of the season in the process. Rivera is once again tied with Jim Johnson for the American League lead with 14 saves. It's simply incredible what he's been able to accomplish this season at 43 years old and after missing nearly the entire 2012 campaign. Through his first 16 appearances, Mo owns a 1.76 ERA, 0.98 WHIP and 12/2 K/BB ratio. He has converted all 14 of his save opportunities.

Mariano Rivera got the final out for his 10th save of the year Tuesday against the Astros. It was about as easy a save as a closer can get. Still, he was up to the task, striking out Jason Castro to end the game. Mo is now tied for the league lead in saves.

Mariano Rivera allowed a solo home run but closed out the Rays for his sixth save of the season on Tuesday. Mo allowed the home run to Evan Longoria, but he was otherwise perfect in his inning of work. After missing most of 2012, it looks as though Rivera has rounded into form, as he now owns a 2.57 ERA and 1.00 WHIP. He remains one of the more solid options for saves in the league.

Mariano Rivera converted his third save of the season Tuesday, closing out the Diamondbacks. It was the first appearance in which Rivera didn't allow a baserunner, a positive for the 43-year-old reliever. He also struck out one in the outing. He isn't an elite closer anymore, but he's plenty serviceable in all leagues.
