It was a nice debut for Seager, who went 2-for-4 with a pair of RBI and runs scored, and with the Dodgers struggling to generate offense of late, manager Don Mattingly could consider the youngster a better option than the veteran Rollins, who has largely struggled this season. Though he has shown improved performance in the second half, Rollins is slashing a meager .222/.276/.358 with only a 10-for-17 success rate on stolen-base attempts.
