Blanco went 0-for-2 with a walk and two strikeouts in Sunday's 7-2 loss to the Cubs.
EDGE Analysis
Blanco was making only his seventh start since the All-Star break with manager Torey Lovullo opting to give everyday center fielder A.J. Pollock a day off in the series finale. The irregular playing time has just about erased any fantasy value that Blanco held earlier in the season, but thanks to his on-base skills and defensive acumen, he still looks like the top reserve option in the Arizona outfield.

Blanco went 2-for-4 with a walk, two stolen bases and a run scored in Wednesday's 10-3 win over the Braves.
EDGE Analysis
The well-oiled Diamondbacks' hitting attack didn't lose any juice with Blanco picking up a rare start in left field, while also serving as the team's leadoff hitter with David Peralta resting. Blanco essentially manufactured the team's first run himself, singling in his first at-bat and stealing second and third before scoring on Jake Lamb's sacrifice fly. Even at 33 years old, Blanco is still a pest on the basepaths, and that skill along with his ability to defend multiple outfield spots capably should make him a dependable reserve and spot starter for the Diamondbacks all season.

Blanco went 2-for-3 with a home run, triple and two RBI in Thursday's 12-2 win over the Reds.
EDGE Analysis
After acquiring J.D. Martinez (hand) via trade from the Tigers earlier in the week, the Diamondbacks had room for one less outfielder on the active roster, but Blanco ended up sticking around over Rey Fuentes, who hit the 10-day disabled list with a thumb contusion. With manager Torey Lovullo giving all three of the Diamondbacks' regular outfielders -- Martinez, A.J. Pollock and David Peralta -- the afternoon off Thursday, Blanco entered the lineup for the first time since the All-Star break and paid out handsome dividends to those that rolled with him in DFS lineups. Since Martinez's hand injury is considered minor, it doesn't look as though Blanco will be in store for an extended opportunity to build on Thursday's performance. Instead, Blanco's main value to the Diamondbacks in the second half will likely come as a pinch hitter or late-inning defensive replacement.

Blanco went hitless in four at-bats while serving as the Diamondbacks' starting left fielder in Friday's 6-3 win over the Reds.
EDGE Analysis
After A.J. Pollock returned from an extended stay on the disabled list earlier this week, Blanco's run of at least semi-regular playing time in center field should come to an abrupt end. The Diamondbacks still have a void in left field while Yasmany Tomas (groin) remains on the DL indefinitely, but it appears Daniel Descalso is manager Torey Lovullo's preferred replacement at that position. As was the case Friday, Blanco could still see occasional starts in left, but with a .188 average since June 20, the 33-year-old doesn't look like a major threat to Descalso at this time.

Blanco went 2-for-4 with a triple, double, RBI and a run scored in Thursday's 10-4 loss to the Cardinals.
EDGE Analysis
The two-hit performance ended an 0-for-16 skid over Blanco's last four games. Blanco still looks to have the edge over Rey Fuentes for the timeshare in center field, but he may only be the Diamondbacks' primary option at the position through the rest of the weekend. A.J. Pollock (groin, quad) has already played four games at Triple-A Reno during his rehab assignment and is trending toward a return from the 10-day disabled list for Tuesday's series opener with the Dodgers.

Blanco is not in the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Cardinals.
EDGE Analysis
With back-to-back-to-back 0-for-5 games from the plate behind him, Blanco will get the night off as Rey Fuentes earns the start in center. On the year, Blanco has hit .239/.331/.342 with two home runs and seven RBI in 133 plate appearances with the Diamondbacks.

Blanco went 0-for-5 with a strikeout in Tuesday's 6-5 win over the Cardinals in 10 innings.
EDGE Analysis
Blanco has filled in capably for the most part as the Diamondbacks' primary center fielder and leadoff hitter while A.J. Pollock (groin, quad) has been sidelined since mid-May, but the luster is beginning to wear off. With another hitless showing Tuesday, Blanco has now gone 0-for-15 in his last three starts. Blanco's struggles have allowed Rey Fuentes to take on a larger load in the center-field timeshare of late, but with Pollock having resumed his rehab assignment at Triple-A Reno on Tuesday and likely only a few days away from returning from the 10-day disabled list, both Blanco and Fuentes will soon see most of their fantasy appeal diminish.

Blanco is not in the lineup for Thursday's game against Colorado.
EDGE Analysis
Blanco's been receiving a lot of playing time recently as Arizona deals with injuries to Yosmany Tomas (groin) and A.J. Pollock (groin), but will get the afternoon game off anyway. Instead, Ray Fuentes will get the nod in center field and bat seventh.

Blanco went 2-for-5 with a walk and two runs in Wednesday's 16-5 rout of the Rockies.
EDGE Analysis
Blanco's stint as an everyday player for the Diamondbacks was likely extended earlier this week after A.J. Pollock tweaked his quad during a rehab appearance Monday with Triple-A Reno, so he should remain a useful asset in deeper and NL-only formats for at least a few more games. After reaching base three times Wednesday, Blanco now owns a .407 on-base percentage in June to go with 15 runs and four steals.

Blanco is not in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Phillies.
EDGE Analysis
Blanco has collected a hit in each of his last seven starts and that streak will continue through Saturday as he takes a seat in favor of Reymond Fuentes in center field. The veteran has provided spark atop the batting order recently, collecting three stolen bases and a home run since June 6 while slashing .310/.444/.552. He should rejoin the lineup for Sunday's tilt, squaring off against Ben Lively.
