Derek Jeter went 0-for-2 and played five innings of shortstop in his spring debut Thursday. Jeter ran well on both of his grounders, the first of which was turned into a double play. He got a standing ovation as he came out for his first at-bat, but the crowd was surprisingly thin at Legends Field for the beginning of the farewell tour.
