Revere entered Saturday's game against the Blue Jays in the seventh inning, going 1-for-2 with a double, an RBI and a run scored in a 6-5 victory.
EDGE Analysis
The 29-year-old has retreated to the bench in two consecutive games with the Angels squaring off against a pair of southpaws, but he was able to get into the game and contribute for his fantasy owners once Toronto handed the ball to their right-handed relievers. Revere has been on the strong side of a platoon in left field with Shane Robinson ever since Cameron Maybin (knee) was placed on the disabled list July 19. The speedy outfielder is batting .323 (10-for-31) with two steals and not much else over that nine-game span, providing deep-league value for those hurting for speed.

Revere is not in the lineup Friday against the Blue Jays.
EDGE Analysis
Revere will receive the day off with left-hander J.A. Happ toeing the rubber during Friday's series opener. In his place, Shane Robinson picks up a start in left, batting eighth.

Revere is not in the lineup Friday against the Red Sox, Pedro Moura of the Los Angeles Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Revere is expected to pick up the bulk of the playing time in left field while Cameron Maybin (knee) is sidelined, but with left-hander Chris Sale tossing for Boston, Revere will head to the bench for a night off. Shane Robinson will take over in left field to replace him.

Revere is expected to receive the bulk of playing time following the announcement of Cameron Maybin's (knee) extended absence, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.
EDGE Analysis
Maybin is expected to miss two-to-four weeks after injuring his knee on a slide in Tuesday's loss to the Nationals. Revere should see the majority of starts in left field against righties in his absence. The 29-year-old has struggled at the plate in a limited role this season (.225/.250/.302), but his ability to rack up steals should give him value in deeper leagues while he starts.

With the Angels designating Eric Young Jr. for assignment and Mike Trout's activation from the disabled list, Revere will resume his previous role as the Angels' lone fourth outfielder.
EDGE Analysis
Revere and Young had been splitting duties in left field while Trout recovered from his thumb surgery. Now that the Angels have their starting outfield back in tact, the 29-year-old will resume his role as the club's fourth outfielder and bench bat.

Revere is out of the lineup Wednesday against the Twins.
EDGE Analysis
Revere had manned an outfield spot the last four games while Eric Young was limited to a bench role due to a sore hand, but Young was cleared to return to the starting nine in the series finale after completing batting practice without incident. Both Young and Revere are expected to see their opportunities severely limited immediately following the All-Star break, when Mike Trout (thumb) is on track to return from the disabled list. Manager Mike Scioscia is expected to deploy an outfield of Trout, Kole Calhoun and Cameron Maybin on a near-everyday basis in the second half.

Revere went 1-for-3 with his sixth steal of the season Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
The speedy outfielder has been seeing semi-regular playing time of late, and he will get another chance to start Sunday as Eric Young Jr. nurses a hand contusion. Revere has been underwhelming in a limited role this season, but he has gone 6-for-17 with a pair of steals over his last five starts, so he could gain deep-league value if Young is forced to miss additional time.

Revere got the nod in left field and went 3-for-4 with a stolen base and a run scored in Sunday's win over the Red Sox.
EDGE Analysis
The 29-year-old received his second start in three games, collecting four hits in those starts. Revere's small window of playing time has coincided with a bit of a cold stretch from Eric Young. A changing of the guard isn't inconceivable between the two speedy outfielders, but Revere will have to improve on his .221/.236/.314 slash line in order the wrangle away the starting job for good.

Revere moved to the bench with Cameron Maybin returning to the lineup after a scheduled day off.
EDGE Analysis
As expected, the struggling outfielder was pushed out of a regular role in favor of the hot Eric Young Jr. Revere wasn't doing much for fantasy owners during Maybin's trip to the disabled list, but now he can safely be dropped in almost all formats until another opportunity for playing time presents itself.

Revere got the start in left Saturday, going 0-for-3 with a stolen base and a run scored in a loss to the Astros.
EDGE Analysis
Cameron Maybin was given a scheduled day of rest, so Revere returned to the starting lineup after sitting out Friday. The veteran's struggles at the plate this season (.205/.217/.299) coupled with Eric Young Jr.'s hot start since being called up will likely push the speedy outfielder to the bench on nights where Maybin is in the lineup.
