Chicago Cubs relief pitcher Allen Webster (elbow) has been placed on the 10-day injured list. He made 12 appearances for the Cubs this season, but was struggling with a 4.91 ERA. He's dealing with radial nerve inflammation, so it's unclear how long he'll be sidelined. Xavier Cedeno (wrist) has been activated off the 10-day injured list on Saturday and will take over Webster's spot in the bullpen. Cedeno pitched well last year, so hopefully he can carry that into this season.
