If you guys can't get an actual taxi squad in place anytime soon, would it be an easier project to just create a bulletin board that the commish can post links, urgent news, updates, etc. that stays up at the top of the screen?
I would love to do even the workaround taxi squad but don't want to overcomplicate my dynasty players with rules. As of right now, I have no place to write those rules besides the message board which will be a pain to search for old links in a few months/years when people need to reference it (same thing would happen with emails).

Wow two years later on this request for probably 10 lines of code to be added to the website. Congrats "team" you guys sure are trying hard.
