Minimum is the minimum # of that position required to have a legal team. ie: if you have a min of 2 defenses, you are required to keep 2 defenses on your team at all times. If you drop one, you won't be able to make any moves (add/drop) until you add a 2nd defense back to your team. Maximum # is the maximum # of a position you can have on your roster at any time.
