There are a few ways to keep track of moves. The easiest and most straight forward is through the Activity>Transaction Log page: fleaflicker.com
Here you can filter by Add/Drop/Cut/Claim/Import/Trade and by Team. You can filter by team too. The Activity page will also show when players are moved on and off IR. As noted below by the helpful user, you can't keep track of player moves other than when a player is activated or the above Add/Drop/Cut/Claim/Import/Trade that can be filtered. In the future, you can use transaction limits to set a high limit and it will keep track of Adds and Claims for a team throughout the season number wise so you don't have to count manually.
