Three teams (two in one division, one in a second) could end the season all with the same record and playing for just two playoffs spots and each has a tie breaker over one of the othe teams, but never both. How would a three way tie be decided across 2 divisions?
First you would see if there were any full sweeps with the three teams (Team A beat Team B and Team C every time they played and they advance or if Team A lost every time to B and C they are eliminated; if there are no sweeps, division record is looked at to eliminate a team as it is next; if they are in different divisions -ignore- or have the same division record -ignore-, the teams in the same division use the next tiebreaker, if still tied, points in your case to advance the team to safety is used - then the other two start from the beginning of the tiebreakers to see who enters the playoffs.
Once a tie is broken or team removed, it is automatically reset to the top to try to break it again. Scenarios are always broken down on the left side of the Playoffs page after the week is done and commissioners have full control at Edit Playoff Seeds to switch them after the week ends.
There are no full sweeps. Team A beat Team B, Team B split two games with Team C and Team C beat Team A. Team B has a better divisional record than Team C (same division) and team A is in a different division. Would divisional record be ignored for all three even though two are in the same division? So the it would come down to most average points/game?
Since you're still in the first tiebreaker, there are no sweeps between the three teams, it goes to division breaker where Team B advances over C with a better divisional record. Breakers reset...
Team B and Team A would then try to eliminate each other out using the tiebreakers from the top. Since Team A beat Team B, they advance since the breakers reset. Division record, like the NFL, is not ignored to whittle it down.

Depends on your rules.
Yours are:
Best head-to-head record
Best division record (same division only)
Most average points/gameHardest schedule (record)
Hardest schedule (points)
