Looking for some feedback, good or bad, on Fleaflicker's live scoring feature. Our league is fed up with CBS Sportsline's ridiculous prices, and I'd really like to come to Fleaflicker. All the league options look amazing and comparable, if not superior, to Sportsline.
The straw that will break the camel's back is live scoring. How "live" is "live scoring"? If I'm watching Peterson break through for a 3 yard game with my laptop running the live scoring, will it be reflected? Or do I have to wait until after the 1:00 games to get the scores, and again after the 4:00 games (etc, etc)?
Make the switch. Our league of over 10 years just made the jump from CBS to Fleaflicker for the same reason. It was the only site that could handle the scoring system we had built over the years. So far everyone has been happy.
It's slightly slower than CBS if I remember correctly, but agree on CBS pricing being out of hand. CBS has so many more options and details built in, but FF is nice and simple and free and gets the job done with a few nice perks.
We paid for another season in my other league on CBS, but its mostly for the 10 years of stats it keeps on the history of the league. But paying 13 bucks a person is a scam.
We love FF. Our league has been on here since 2006. At the time it was the best on the net. Who knows if other sites have caught up. We've loved it here so much, none of us has even thought of looking around.
I was a former CBS fantasy player but came to fleaflicker. The live scoring is pretty solid. Not instant, but close enough for free. I haven't had any issues w/ FF and no one in our league has either.
Out stats provider sends new stats every 15 seconds. We update your fantasy games at that rate. The page-update rate is about 20 seconds to ensure you see the latest stats on each page refresh.

It has free live scoring, I like it better than sportsline too. It is more basic, but loads much quicker.

Live scoring is pretty good...in your example peterson's points would show up about a minute or so after
