The commish of this league and I were scheduled to have a bye week in week 14, since we where #2 and #1 seed. On Friday all of a sudden, he slipped to #3 and has to play this week. I guess stat correction is to blame (San Fran TM -1fp).
The point is: there is too few time between stat correction for a week and the first game start of the upcoming week. 4 hours might be enough in the states, where it is 4 PM. to 8:25 PM. But over here in Europe thats late night!
I think, stat correction have to be in by Wednesday. I don't care how you get it done, just do it!
Unfortunately the NFL releases all their stat corrections on Thursday morning, unless it is a correction that is a very major one affecting a very high profile player or play in a game. We are at the mercy of when they change it and then have to change them at our time of Thursday at 4 PM ET.
Because of the timing, there is no feasible way for us to have them in earlier. They used to release them Wednesday night, but this has switched to Thursday morning over the past year.
