The two different selection areas at the top are awkward. It is unclear what effect you get with various combinations of selection ... just extra messing around to get the data you expect.
Please make all the columns sortable. Sometimes I want to sort on team or some some other data.

Allow screen customization where I get to choose the columns to display.

These are all quality-of-life improvements that I'd notice every day, especially an export function. If I could tack on a couple more in that vein...
The ability to sort by Nth most cut or added, and the inconsistency of Average Consistency mouse-over text.
Could you enable ± for all players, not just those that have extreme values?
