It is per sport, but gives all your personal leagues access to the upgrade in that sport around the site and is not limited to 1 league.
In terms of the main price, they've been fixed here for a year now since 2014. You may see lower prices at times because we offer bundled discounts, multi-sport discounts, preseason, in-season and postseason discounts for sports -- meaning if you purchase NFL Edge, you'll receive a discount of up to 60% on MLB Edge in a multi-sport package, etc. Any package in one sport will give you a multi-sport discount of up to 60% off the other depending on the time.
We also have discounted prices during the preseason/in-season/postseason for The Works (both ad-free and Edge for the NFL or MLB); NFL Edge, NFL ad-free; MLB Edge; MLB ad-free; NBA ad-free; and NHL ad-free. This is currently up to 40% off the packages if you order them at the discount time.
When browsing to upgrade, you'll see the options and the discounted prices marked off.

Is the Price to upgrade to Ad-Free and The Works just for one sport or is it for all sports? Is it for multiple leagues or just one League?
If It is just for one sport, Why did it jump so much from the 14.99?
