If I open my leagues free agents today when will they process? I don't want first come first serve, to make it fair

Go to Edit Transaction Rules->Lock Free Agents During Preseason ->Yes

Then Edit Waiver Wire Rules and select the day you want them to run. They'll run weekly on that day in the preseason.
