When can I adjust my league's waiver budget? We roll over the money that isn't used each season. I used to be able to adjust those values after activating the league. I don't see that option now.
You either need to draft/import rosters for 2015 first and complete the draft or go to Edit Rosters->These are the complete rosters -- the button won't show up without a draft being held/or the system thinking you drafted for 2015.
