I have my league set to have a 20 man roster with 16 keepers. That would mean that we would have a 4 rd rookie draft next season right? Would owners have the ability to trade their draft picks for veteran players? Or can you only trade draft picks for draft picks? I also like to trade for multiple draft picks (ie: Team A rd 1 pick and A. Peterson for Team B rd 1 and rd 2 picks)but how would that affect the rookie draft for next year?? Team A would now have 5 draft picks and Team B would only have 3 draft picks. I'm confused as to how many keepers to make the league and as to whether we can trade for multiple draft picks. I want the flexibility to be able to let owners keep up to 20 players or to trade for multiple picks. How can I make everyone happy??

Fleaflicker fills draft picks based on roster size no matter what.

That would mean you would have a 4-round draft if you had a 20-man roster and every team had 16 keepers -- only 4 rounds of draft picks would be generated.

You can trade draft picks for players and draft picks for draft picks. You can also trade multiple picks. However, the next draft would be impacted if a team goes over those 4 draft picks. If they had 5 picks and kept 16 players, they would lose their last pick. If they cut a player or traded a player, they would then gain it back since there would be room.

It's up to you as to how many keepers to pick for the league and we'll allow multiple players and picks in trades regardless.
