Were there any changes or updates that were made to the baseball part of this website?

It would be nice if there were more robust statistics available to us. Would also be nice if they were exportable as well.

Hi Murph --

Let us know what MLB statistics you'd like to see and we can add it to our list if it's not there already.

Enhancements are on a rolling basis and major projects and site initiatives are worked on by us throughout the year, so they don't coincide with a rollover date or around a season start date. Hopefully this helps: fleaflicker.com

To answer your questions about exporting data, we're working on spreadsheet exports and XML/JSON APIs.

Thanks.

Good to know that you guys are working on spreadsheet exports!!

The main stats I would like to see added are # of AB's and Hits for the hitters and the # of earned runs and hits given up by the pitchers. The way the site is currently set up when you look at the weekly stats, I can see the individual players avg. but not how they got that avg (or ERA or WHIP for pitchers). It would be helpful in determining future lineups if I could see how a player hit .333 the week before. 15-45 is much different than 3-9, but with the way it's currently set up you can't tell unless you dig into a players daily stats.

Those are the major stats I feel that are missing. It would also be nice to see some of the other stuff like slg % or OB % or OPS or K/9 innings, etc.

Thanks for your reply!

No problem. Many of those stats are already there like you noted, but you would have to dig a little into the player. We'll take a look at the overall leaders page and the stats pages to see if we can swap any stats out for those that you requested or if there's room, possibly add them.

Thanks for the feedback.

Ok thanks!!

A year or 2 ago, your site did show "12-36" instead of just ".333". At some point it changed.

I appreciate the response.
