I was told to go to Edit Rosters / These Are The Complete Rosters.
Will teams still be able to select their keepers or will they have to do before doing this? Will rookies be able to be picked up after drafted in the NFL Draft?
Going to Edit Rosters>These are the complete rosters will open up the player's pool for this year.
Teams will still be able to set their keepers, yes. They don't have to set them before as doing this will not delete any players off anyone's roster.
Rookies are added usually that night they are drafted, but by the end of the NFL's draft weekend and are treated as regular free agents. So if your league is in this mode, they would be able to be added this way. Rookies or players are not added into our database until they are drafted or sign with a team.

Yes, just go to Edit Rosters>These are the complete rosters but still draft this season when ready.
