Does FF allow for doubleheaders to be scheduled based on customized scheduling? I'm moving back up to 12 teams, and I want to have two divisions and a 13 week season where each team plays the other 5 in their division twice, the other 6 once, with doubleheaders in weeks 7-9 to complete the 16 games.

We currently don't support doubleheaders but hope to in the future with no timetable on the enhancement right now.
In terms of your other matchups, you can edit the regular season schedule manually by week to your liking there at League>Settings>Edit Regular Season Schedule when the season rolls over to 2015 on 2/10.
