there are several reports that NFL teams are interested in signing Duron Carter (Chris Carter's son). Will you be able to make him available on the player list? I'd like to pick him up in my dynasty league. Thanks!
Players that have not played in the NFL, have never been drafted and have never been signed to an NFL team (like Duron Carter of the CFL), can't be added until they are drafted or signed by an NFL team.
Ok I get that but then will he be added in February when he signs or will you guys be waiting to add him at the same time you add the rookies for 2015?

He will be added when he signs a contract (likely a futures contract in February).
