At 5AM today an owner was able to move his injured player(Cooks) to the IR. He was then able to add Dan Bailey....a kicker to his team. Now I understand Bailey was on a bye, but doesn't this stuff lock Tuesday morning? Furthermore, I had FJax and Bradshaw hurt and was not able to move them to IR because they were locked......so how was he able to move Cooks if for some reason the new week had not started?? Thanks
1) He added Bailey who was on bye and doesn't lock for the week until we transition to the next week at 5AM -- Bailey was moved at 4:58 AM ET.
2) You could move to next week's lineup and create a spot by using the future lineup there, which is what he did: fleaflicker.com. So if you went to Week 12 on your Team->Roster page, you could have there.

Good question. The answer is two-fold:
1) He added Bailey who was on bye and doesn't lock for the week until we transition to the next week at 5AM -- Bailey was moved at 4:58 AM ET.
