He was cut on Sunday morning at 12:03 PM ET fleaflicker.com -- since Washington plays on Monday night and locks at 8:30 PM and your rules allow players to only have to go through waivers for 24 hours, it gave others a chance to pick him up: fleaflicker.com. If your time was set to 48 hours (or he played the Sunday night game), he would have locked there.
The rule is in place so other people have a chance to add him through waivers, which they did.
The question is why was he allowed to drop Nate Washington, and pick up someone else, when he added Nate Washington just 4 hours before? Nate Washington should have changed to a "can't drop" status.
He can drop Washington any time that week except when it's 24 hours prior to his game time. He dropped him at 12:03 PM ET on Sunday. He was not playing until 8:30 PM on Monday.

an owner added Nate Washington and then cut him in less than 4 hours.
We're sure that when we add players they show up as "can't drop" until the next week.
Any idea what happened?
