Both are week 11. Do teams have to clear IR for this? Can a player be left on IR and then another player cut when the IR player is healthy?
You can't cut any players once the add/drop deadline takes effect. You can maneuver players from the IR to your bench and make moves from the players within your roster though, but no one can be removed or added.
