The Bears punter O'Donnell, recovered his own punt -- a tricky block where Green Bay and Boykin got there before the kick, so it wasn't a blocked kick, and then O'Donnell recovered the ball after Boykin got into the backfield to disrupt the play. Boykin ended up tackling O'Donnell and there was a turnover on downs. The Bears punter recovered the punt, so no FR gets recorded for the Packers there:

Why is there not points for the blocked punt or fumble recovered by the gb d? Or is there and I'm missing it? The gb d says 1 recovered fumble only...

It was officially ruled as a muffed snap and fumble, not a block for the defense.
